Orders are processed and shipped within our stated processing times. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and seasonal demand.

 

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75. Shipping rates for orders under $75, expedited shipping options, and international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

 

Once an order has been shipped, JEM is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. JEM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
