All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us at jemitup@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.
